OPERATING IN THE HEART OF EUROPE SINCE 1990
Our group began operations in solid fuel trading in the Czech Republic and Poland, laying the foundation for future expansion and development.
With the establishment of a subsidiary, we entered the Slovak market, focusing on solid fuel trading.
We added aggregates and recycled materials to our portfolio, strengthening our position in construction and eco-recycling.
We incorporated construction waste collection, recycling, demolition, and earthworks using our machinery. That same year, subsidiaries A1 Energy and Pinmark merged.
Through the acquisition of the construction company Bytostav Poruba, later renamed Ridera Stavební, we gained new opportunities in construction and development projects.
We opened a Prague branch of Ridera Stavební, focusing on residential and commercial development in the capital and its surroundings.
In Ostrava, we initiated our first development project, Rezidence Keltičkova, offering modern living with a focus on sustainability and innovative technologies.
